This listing is for the creation and delivery (via email) of:

- Customized Print - 8x10 inches or 8,5 x 11 inches or A4 (European standard)

- JPG file in high resolution and PDF high quality

►Here is how the process works:
Submit Name, upload photo and if you want to change message

► PHOTO - Upload it when placing order. Only one photo per child. If the quality isn’t good I’ll let you know (see tips in the images).

► FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome[@] gmail.com Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. I try my best to send the custom designs as good as possible the first time, but if you think there is a need for a change it could be considered the one revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.

► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

PLEASE NOTE
► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

(*) It's important to know that copyright restrictions on the characters and / or logos only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties and personal events. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or try online vendors, like vistaprint.com

There will be no copyright release from me, so please make sure the printing company you’ll be using doesn't need any.
