Can I get a refund or return?
Because every design is made just for your child, refunds aren’t available once the design has been delivered.
But don’t worry — I’m here to help you every step of the way 🤍
If there’s any issue with your photo or missing information, I’ll reach out before I start designing.
You’ll also have one round of revisions included, and I’ll always do my best to make sure you truly love your final design.
What happens to the photo I send?
I completely understand — sending your child’s photo is personal.
Your photo is 100% private and used only for your order.
I will never use it for marketing or share it anywhere without your permission.
Most sample images you see are:
Royalty-free photos I purchased, or
Photos shared with permission by happy clients
Your files are safely stored for up to 4 months (in case you want matching items later), and then everything is permanently deleted.
How will we communicate about my order?
The only way for me to stay in touch with you is through email
(Unless you include a phone number for texting.)
After you place your order, please keep an eye on your inbox — especially after the first 24 hours.
Sometimes I may need to:
- Confirm details
- Ask about your photo
- Clarify party information
Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, just in case!
Also, please make sure your email address is:
- Entered correctly
- Able to receive new messages (not full)
This helps me complete your design as quickly as possible — and avoid any delays for your special day

How do I send my photo?
You can upload your photo directly in the personalization section when ordering.
For best results:
Use a clear, front-facing photo
Good lighting (no shadows on the face)
High resolution (original size from your phone is perfect!)
If your photo doesn’t work, don’t worry — I’ll let you know before I start.
Can I edit the file myself?
These are not DIY templates.
Each design is professionally customized by me so I can:
Adjust text
Fit longer names
Balance the layout beautifully
This way, you get a polished, stress-free result
Can I request changes?
Of course!
You can:
Change wording
Add party details
Adjust text
You’ll also receive one round of revisions to make sure everything is just right.
What will I receive?

For best results:

🌐 Online: Prints of Love, Vistaprint, Walgreens
Some print shops may refuse designs with licensed characters (even though they are custom-made), so trying different providers helps.
