► PHOTO - Upload it when placing order. Only one photo per child. If the quality isn’t good I’ll let you know (see tips in the images). 
Your photo is used only to complete your order and is never shared or used for marketing. All files are securely stored and deleted after 4 months.

►PROOF - I’ll send proof to your email for your approval (please check your email , spam/junk in 24 hrs)

►FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome[@] gmail.com Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.

► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

► PRINTING
All files are high-resolution and can be printed at home or through many local or online printing services. You may print as many copies as needed for your personal event.
For small party quantities, printing at home is usually the easiest and most affordable option. Most items only require a few sheets to complete your setup.
• Labels (water bottles, juice pouches, gable boxes, etc.):
Print on glossy sticker paper for an easy peel-and-stick finish, or use regular photo paper with glue or double-sided tape.
• Chip Bags:
For easier folding and wrapping, we recommend lightweight glossy paper (around 30 lb paper).
An inkjet printer works perfectly for most printable party items.

PLEASE NOTE
► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.
► After design has been approved and delivered it will an extra fee of US$ 5.00 if you want to change the photo or the size
