► PHOTO - Only ONE photo per child. The quality of your printed banner is only as good as the photo you send in. Choose your favorite photo (I’ll let you know if the quality isn’t good).
► FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome[@]gmail.com - Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).
► ONE REVISION is included with your order. I try my best to send the custom designs as good as possible the first time, but if you think there is a need for a change it could be considered the one revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.
► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

You can print it at home in photo paper - matte or glossy

By ordering, you certify that you own the rights to any photos submitted by you and have permission to use them. My Hero at Home is not liable for any misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by the customer or any copyright infringement claims.
It’s important to know that copyright restrictions on the characters and/or logos only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties and personal events. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself. I recommend checking if you had a specific vendor in mind. Below is a listing provided by feedback received from some clients that may help you in finding locations to print them at. ► walgreens.com, cvs.com, vistaprint.com, snapfish.com, Target, Shutterfly, Sam's Club and some Costco and Kinko locations. Sometimes some of these will not print them: Staples, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max, a few Costco and Kinko’s locations. There will be no copyright release from me, so please make sure the printing company you'll be using doesn't need any or print them at home.
