THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

Choose size, submit name and / or message and upload photo.

( If you want to be sure your photo works before submitting order, send it to myheroathome@gmail.com )

► ONLY ONE PHOTO per child. The quality of prints are only as good as the photo you send in. Choose your favorite photo (I’ll let you know if the quality isn’t good). After design is delivered it will an extra fee of US$ 5.00 if you want to change the photo of your child.

► FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome[@]gmail.com - Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► ONE REVISION (except photo) is included with your order. I try my best to send the custom designs as good as possible the first time, but if you think there is a need for a change it could be considered the one revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

► ANY CUSTOM SIZE (other than the dimensions shown under the item details) must be requested AT THE TIME of order placement under notes to seller at check out. Files may not be re-sized after your initial order has been sent to you. If size change is required later there will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00

►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.

► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

(*) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to know that copyright restrictions on the characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties and personal events. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or try online vendors, like vistaprint.com.
There will be no copyright release from me, so please make sure the printing company you’ll be using doesn't need any.

We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the original character that inspired the cartoon and design; they belong to their respective copyright holders. Items purchased are for one-time personal use only and are not to be re-sold, copied or shared for any reason.

By ordering, you certify that you own the rights to any photos submitted by you and have permission to use them. My Hero at Home is not liable for any misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by the customer or any copyright infringement claims.
